How big is the photobooth?
Our Photobooths measure approximately 2m(H) x 1.30m(D) x 2.30m(W).
The Photobooth is transported to your event flat packed so no need to worry about narrow hall ways/alley ways, so long as we have an area big enough to fit the above dimensions the booth is erected on site.
When will you arrive at our event?
We will normally arrive approximately 1 hour prior the the start of your hire time (the time at which the 3 or 4 hour hire period begins) this gives us plenty of time to set up. It is possible for us to come and set up earlier in the day, however there will be a charge for this service due to the extra time that the Snap Shack team member will take to do this.
Do I need to be there when you are setting up?
No, we will not ask you to take time away from your party. Details such as any personalisation of your photos and where you would like the booth set up at your venue will be discussed and sorted in the week or 2 leading up to your event.
How many people can fit in the booth?
It depends, 3 is a comfortable number, but the more agile among us may be able to squeeze 5 in there.
Can I hire a Photobooth to use outside?
Unfortunately our Photobooths are not weather proof so cannot be used outside. We can possibly supply a gazebo to house the Photobooth in (a small charge will apply) but the booking would then become weather dependant as we would not be able to operate in strong winds.
I am having my event in a marquee, is it possible to have a Photobooth in this case?
Yes, having a photobooth in a marquee is no problem, all we require is an even, level floor and a power socket within 10 meters.
How do I pay for my hire?
Payment can be made via Cash, Cheque or Debit/Credit card.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes a deposit is required to reserve your booking date, this is £35 off the total booking cost and the full balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your booking.
